OFFICAL CONTEST RULES TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
What is in the Treasure Chest: Airfare voucher,
villa rental, car rental voucher, water sport voucher, grocery voucher,
restaurant vouchers.
Airfare to St. John
Winner will
be reimbursed for cost of airfare up to $400 per person upon arrival
in St. John with valid airfare receipts.
Reimbursement
is for air travel to the St. Thomas airport only, up to 4 people. Value
is limited up to $400 per person. Airfare reimbursement is non-transferable
and non-negotiable and is for winner’s use only.
Island Treasure
Maps is not responsible for booking air travel, travel cancellations
or missed flights. Winner assumes all risks associated with this activity.
Air travel must be used in conjunction with villa rental prize, within
the year 2011.
St John Villa
The St. John villa rental
company will provide their choice of the winning villa.
Villa prize
is subject to availability, black out dates apply, security/damage deposit
required. Winner must read and agree to the rental policies of the villa
company providing the villa. Island Treasure Maps is not responsible
for booking the villa or villa related information. Winner assumes all
risks associated with this activity.
This prize and
any portion of this prize are non-transferable and may not be redeemed
in any way for cash or goods. The prize must be used within the year
2011.
St. John Car
Rental
Winner will
be reimbursed for cost of car rental up to $420. Rental is subject to
availability, black out dates apply, security /damage deposit required.
Driver must be at least 25 years of age with a valid drivers license.
Winner must read and agree to the rental policies of the car rental
company. Car rental reimbursement is non-transferable and non-negotiable
and is for winner’s use only. Island Treasure Maps is not responsible
for booking car rental. Winner assumes all risks associated with this
activity. Prize must be used within the year 2011.
St. John Snorkel Trip Prize
Winner receives
a snorkel trip for 4 with Low Key Water Sports. Trip is subject to availability.
Winner must read and agree to the policies of Low Key Water Sports.
Trip is non-transferable and non-negotiable and is for winner’s
use only. This prize and any portion of this prize are non-transferable
and may not be redeemed in any way for cash or goods. Island Treasure
Maps is not responsible for booking trip. Winner assumes all risks associated
with this activity. Prize must be used within the year of 2011.
Grocery
Prize
The winner will
receive a $495 grocery voucher for use at Pine Peace Market. This voucher
is subject to the rules and conditions of Pine Peace Market. This voucher
is non-transferable and non-negotiable and is for winner’s use
only. This prize and any portion of this prize are non-transferable
and may not be redeemed in any way for cash. Prize must be used within
the year of 2011.
St. John Restaurant
Prizes
The winner will
receive $500 in restaurant vouchers. These vouchers are non-transferable
and non-negotiable and are for winner’s use only. This prize and
any portion of this prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed
in any way for cash. Prize must be used within the year of 2011.
The
Real Nitty Gritty
This contest
is open to all visitors and residents of the Virgin Islands. Entrants
must be 18 years of age or older. Entrants are eligible for this drawing
upon completion of the map and solving the master riddle. Drawing to
be held December 1st, 2010. Winner will be notified by e-mail. Limit
one entry per family. Odds of winning depend on the total number of
entries received. All entries must be made through Island Treasure Maps’
website. Entrants agree to hold Island Treasure Maps and our affiliates,
successors, assigns, officers and employees harmless for any injury
or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this contest.
Island Treasure Maps is not responsible for any printing, typographical,
mechanical or other error in the printing of this offer.
Winner agrees
to be bound by the terms and conditions of this contest and by the decisions
of Island Treasure Maps, which are final and binding. Winner agrees
to allow Island Treasure Maps to use their name, pictures, voice, and
testimonials, in printed, broadcast, or other media, in any manner it
deems appropriate in connection with this promotion, in perpetuity,
without further compensation to the winner.
